Hello New Friends! I am so excited to be your teacher this year as we begin this journey in 1st Grade together :)
A little bit about me... I am a KS girl at heart, but I have enjoyed making Missouri my home over the last year and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us in Platte County! My spouse and I have 4 kids. Cadence is 10, Easton and Jordan are 6, and Crew is 3. We also have a Golden Retriever “Graham” who is the baby of the family and really our 5th child! As a family we love to spend time outdoors as fishing, hunting, and seasonal sports take up a majority of our time.
In 2015, I received my Bachelors from McPherson College, and my Masters will be from Emporia State University. Before coming to Missouri last year, I taught Early Childhood Education as a Head Start Teacher in Southwest KS. Although my background has been in Early Childhood, I am eager to start my path in Elementary Education!
