My name is Dr. Tim Reves, and I am proud to serve as the Principal at Pathfinder Elementary, joining the Pathfinder family in 2026. I have dedicated my career to education and spent 22 years serving students, families, and educators in Olathe Public Schools. During that time, I spent 13 years as an elementary principal at two schools before moving into district leadership, where I served for nine years. My most recent positions was Chief Academic Officer, leading the district's Learning Services Department, and previously served as Assistant Superintendent for Elementary Education, supporting elementary principals across the district.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education, Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology, and Master of Science in School Leadership from Emporia State University before completing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Southwestern College.
My lifelong commitment to elementary education is rooted in the belief that a high-quality education is the gateway to future success. I am passionate about ensuring access and opportunity for every student, and I strive to lead through a servant leadership approach that puts students, staff, and families first.
I am excited to join the Pathfinder team, partner with this incredible school community, and officially become a Pirate!
